I co-mentored a class called Georgics in our homeschool academy.
We learned some awesome things about being good stewards of the earth.
This was a field trip with Mike Wood an expert for finding and using local edibles.
We got to harvest chickens at the Briggs homestead.
It was an amazing process that was handled very respectfully.
We each brought home a chicken to use for soup to feed our families.
Such an amazing learning experience.
