For labor day we went to Cedar City and camped by the Briggs/Cox new home. We were able to get tickets for the Kanaraville Falls hike. It was really fun although the second half was inaccessible due to repairs needed since the flooding. Darren made some nice meals to have together and we enjoyed the visiting. The older kids went to a couple shows at the Shakespeare festival with Jared and some of the Briggs family. It was a real treat especially since Andrea got us discounted tickets and it was a lot more affordable. She also took us to some great hikes near Cedar Breaks National Monument. Michael enjoyed his time visiting with Abby, Kelln, Ema and Lorelei.
Our trip to City of Rocks was rescheduled from mid-summer when we had a funeral. Grandma, Grandpa and Landon made the trip with us and it was so fun to explore and show them the playground. We found some new spots and fit in a little rock climbing. It was great to enjoy it with family and we love that City of Rocks is so close to their home! On the way home it was nice to stop and visit Grandma Keller.
