End of School - May 2019

This is one of our last Georgics classes.  We had some great projects, lessons, and book discussions this year.  We hiked Bell Canyon and observed the geological features in the surrounding area with our Georgics class.  Jordan and Michael's group took the house cup at this finale competition.
Jordan's first recital with our teacher, Andrea, and Leisel's first piano recital ever!  She was nervous and they all did awesome!  Michael performed too although we didn't get his photo and he takes lessons from Simeon now.  Jordan is performing on the trumpet with his little symphony group.  I posted a photo of the video from Jordan's ballroom class.  They did a swing dance.  Michael's ballroom dance class performed a Latin dance.  More photos from the showcase night.  Michael was one of the MCs from the youth council.  More final activities, the closing social and formal dance.
Leisel's darling kindergarten graduation!  Mrs. Jenn put together a special event for her kindergarten kids to help them be ready to jump into first grade.  Time for summer backyard celebration after our last classes.  Jordan went to Airborne with friends.  Ifly with indoor surfing, climbing, and skydiving.  Leisel is one tough girl and pretty cute in a jumpsuit.
Jordan and Tessa recorded with the Riverton Children's Choir at the Old Dome Meeting Hall.  We missed the concert during our cruise, but they got to be in the video with one of their songs.
We visited the observatory in Stansbury park to see the moon and stars through amazing telescopes.
Grandma had an amazing puppet show the big and little kids got to put on together.
The first step in the addition at the Clark home was tearing up the back cement pad.  The mom's and kids tore out the railroad ties along the driveway.  And last Michael got into Lagoon with some friends.

Boys' Adventures

The boys made two trips to Goblin Valley within a week.  They had an amazing camping spot with the Scouts and they went with SVLA friends to play and explore too.

Jordan always finds evidence of wildlife around.
This is a falcon we have spotted in our yard a couple of times.

So many social events and good friends!

Tessa got in on this activity with their team/house from SVLA.
Michael had a great bake off with the student council.
